When attempting to go to a deeper spiritual level, you will have faith building scenarios. Many test, trials, joys and hurts. All of this meant to show us that we need God, we must trust God and we can not make it without God. This also shows us God's love for us, as a whole human population as well as individually. If you reflect back on different situations, you can see where the hand of God has kept you in your life, carried you and lifted you up. Going through faith building experiences can bring out various emotions and can seem a bit overwhelming at times. But thank God for the rain after the storm.
I was driving around today with my windows down listening to inspirational music and admiring the beauty of the earth. God is beauty, God is love, God is compassion. So as you and I embark on this faith building journey called life, know that the beauty of it all is found when you surrender it all and simply trust. *enjoy yourself today*

let your light so shine
Let your light so shine for all to see... Although all may not be able to appreciate it. Sometimes it is disheartening to know everyone does not see or appreciate the gift that you give to the world. I've learned, that is their own ignorance. A person filled with love and light can see the love and light in others. Very much as the saying goes "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Those of you of the Christian faith know all that Jesus has done for mankind although many did and continue to deny him. However, the fact that everyone does not accept him does not change what he has done, or who he is. I've concluded it is necessary to let your light shine and know someone will feel the ray. Some is better than none, be encouraged! I love you :-)
